Terence E. Ryan, Ph.D. Science Advisory Board Member Dr. Terence Ryan has been a research manager and executive with both biotechnology and large pharma companies, and has worked across multiple therapeutics areas. Originally trained as a virologist, he has led recombinant protein expression efforts at Regeneron and as Chief Scientific Officer at iBio, inc.. Dr. Ryan has also led multidisciplinary teams integrating "omics" platforms and machine learning to identify predictive biomarkers, drug targets, and new mechanisms of drug action while at Celera Genomics, GlaxoSmithKline, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer). He holds an AB in Biology from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Rutgers University/UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine. |
