Greggory Kisiel, M.S. Managing Director, Assay Services Division Mr. Kisiel oversees day-to-day financial, operations, and administrative functions of the Assay Services business, with the goal of building a strong foundation on which to attain profitability and substantial revenue growth. Prior to assuming his current position, as Director, Business Operations and Strategy, he designed and performed financial analyses to help answer strategic questions relating to business line profitability, product development, manufacturing, business relationships, product pricing, and marketing strategies and tactics. His work was geared to provide business insights, increase product quality and efficiencies, and guide short-, mid-, and long-range business planning. Mr. Kisiel began at PBL as Assay Development Group Leader, in which position he led R&D initiatives for PBL’s commercial immunoassay pipeline. Prior to joining PBL, at Oxford Immunotec he developed novel assays to detect infectious and Tick-borne diseases and ensured new products met compulsory design requirements for release and commercialization as Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs). Concomitant with his Master’s work, Mr. Kisiel developed electrochemical and chemiluminescent ELISAs for the early detection of acute myocardial infarction. Mr. Kisiel received a Bachelor’s degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree from the University of Memphis, both in Biomedical Engineering. He is on track to receive an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School in May. |
